First proposed by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison in the "Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions" as a lawful method by which States could resist unconstitutional actions on the part of the Federal government, nullification lives on as what may be our last best chance to save our Nation from tyranny.

Woods, Jr. is a senior fellow at the Ludwig von Mises Institute, and he is the author of ten books, including the New York Times bestsellers Meltdown and The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History. Woods won first prize in the 2006 Templeton Enterprise Awards for his book The Church and the Market. His most recent books are Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century, Back on the Road to Serfdom: The Resurgence of Statism, and Rollback: Repealing Big Government Before the Coming Fiscal Collapse.
